I’m very excited to announce that soon this month, a new challenge will be floating around over social media – brought to you by Hedy (from happily, hedy), and I! In this post, you will find out all that you need to know about the challenge, as well as how to get yourself involved.



The #21daymorningchallenge is a challenge that allows you to set goals for yourself, and try your best to commit to them for 21 days straight. ‘Why 21 days?’, I hear you ask – but the reason is quite straightforward. It is believed that if someone commits to a personal or professional goal for precisely 21 days, then the pursuit of the goal should become a habit. In simple – if you want something, and do it everyday for 21 days straight, then your strive to pursue that certain ‘something’ will simply become a habit.

With our #21daymorningchallenge, we want to see whether people can truly stay committed to the goals that they create for themselves, carrying them out each morning as part of their daily routine. Ever wanted to take a morning jog? Do yoga? Make a super-healthy breakfast? Well, this challenge gives you the perfect excuse to start your mornings exactly how you’ve always wanted to, and turn them into a habit!

The challenge officially commences on August 11th 2019, meaning that first official morning of completing your goals begins, and it finishes on August 31st 2019. We’d be more than happy for you to start and finish at a later date though, there are really no restrictions to this.

I’m going to be truthful, it’s going to be a pretty difficult challenge – I have no idea how my lazy self is going to stay committed to some of the goals that I’m already considering. It’s fine though! One of the main purposes of the #21daymorningchallenge, is to create a network of bloggers that support one another, so we’ll be encouraging each other throughout the journey.

  1. Great motivational post! I will probably create a post on this (eventually) but I’ve really fallen behind with blogging in July due to building multiple websites. Still, I would like the goal to be 10xing my blog’s traffic over the next 90 days and making promotion my first order of the day–every day for the next 21 days 😀
